Our procedural model
The realignment and design of a company or essential company areas requires a holistic consulting approach, which includes both, a well-founded analysis and planning, and a the targeted and practical implementation of developed concepts and measures.
Scala’s holistic consulting approach consists of the following components:
Analysis
During the analysis we center our tried-and-tested “Fast Track to Excellence®” approach, with which we identify the truly critical areas of improvement in the organization within the shortest possible time, develop practical and implementable solutions, and describe and initiate a customized change program aligned with the company’s goals.
Our tried-and-tested “Fast Track to Excellence®” approach exceeds by far the common understanding of a pure analysis. Within a very short period of time, normally between 8 and 12 weeks, we identify the really critical areas of improvement and develop practical and implementable solutions.
We use proven tools and techniques to survey and analyze the issues that are most important to the organization. Through the involvement of management, employees and key stakeholders, we succeed in developing sustainable measures that deliver the greatest added value for the organization. In doing so, we quickly achieve initial successes through benefits that can be realized in the short term (“Quick Wins”).
Our approach concludes with a customized change program that is aligned with our client’s business objectives and takes into account the organization’s readiness for change.
Improvement
Together with our customers we develop and implement customized solutions in the following fields of action
Anchoring
Even after implementation, it is important to take responsibility and ensure that the change measures are and remain sustainable.
Every project comes to an end at some point. The innovations and changes that have been developed must be transferred and anchored in the line organization. This is the only driver for enduring success.
To take care for this and to ensure that results continue to meet our customers expectations, we reconvene and sit togehter with our customers at a given point in time after projects are closed to look back and quality control the implemented concepts and measures.
Where goals have been missed, changed basic parameters are hindering success, or opportunities are emerging, we help mobilize key people, promote critical factors for success, and provide the expertise needed to continue developing and further improving project results with enthusiasm and responsibility.
Mobilization
In our view, focused communication and early mobilization of your employees are the basis for successful and sustainable implementation. With this in mind, we set up focused communication measures within your organization right from the start to inform your employees about the upcoming activities and the associated changes at an early stage (e.g. through information fairs, newsletters). The idea behind this is to gain the interest of your employees and to make it possible for them to identify with the upcoming topics at an early stage and ideally to become actively involved in the design and change process.
