Starting Point

Processes for monitoring IT access rights, user roles, handling of IT help desk services were managed with the help of MS Excel, MS Access and e-mails from end users, which was no longer sustainable due to regulatory requirements.
Outdated solutions such as IBM Lotus Notes had to be replaced.
End-users demanded increased transparency, efficiency, effectiveness, auditability and flexibility erspecially with respect to regulatory requirements.
