Facilitating the Strategy Process in the Value Added Services Division
Starting Point
- As part of the further development of the company, it was decided that the “billing service provider” business model was not sufficient for sustainable growth.
- It was then decided to design a strategy to transform the company into a “value-added services partner”.
Approach
- Supporting the management of the company in the strategy process (market strategy, product strategy, sales strategy), in particular by drafting a strategy process and preparing the strategy workshops in terms of content and form.
- Supporting the workshops as moderator and industry expert.
- Follow-up of the workshops and preparation of strategy recommendations.
